Tender description

Under this Invitation to Tender, the Council is establishing a pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (pseudo-DPS) to establish a list of approved training subcontractors which shall be funded using the Council’s allocated ESFA funding (“the List”).There are a series of lots which are divided into the ESFA funding streams within this pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System which are set out below: 19+ Neighbourhood Learning Deprived Communities and 19+ Personal Community Development Learning 19+ Adult Education Budget – Non-Community Learning 16-18 and 19+ Non-Levy Apprenticeships Under this Invitation to Tender, the Council is establishing a pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (pseudo-DPS) to establish a list of approved training subcontractors which shall be funded using the Council’s allocated ESFA funding (“the List”).
