Tender description

Leidos intends to place a contract for 3 years with Fujifilm Sonosite Ltd for the provision of Support of 40 M-Turbo Ultrasound devices. The contract is to provide support, spares and repairs when required. The contract is intended to be placed with Draeger under Section 32 (2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 using the Negotiated Procedure without prior publication for technical reasons. Fujifilm Sonosite Ltd are the only supplier to be able to provide such support as they are the OEM and the equipment is under warranty.
