Tender description

This project entails the following: - 1) Refurbishment of 1970s building currently allocated to the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) to provide cellular offices on B & C floor and teaching space on A floor. 2) Extension to create a new "hub" link 3) External works including drainage and demolition, bike store and bin store. This appointment is being procured from our Architectural Services Framework.
