West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is looking for a supplier to carry out the required modification of all pipework, power, controls and civil works to allow safe decommissioning of existing boilers followed by the safe installation and commissioning of the new boilers to BG01 and BG04 standard and manufactures guidance. This project shall be in two stages: i) Decommissioning, installation and commissioning of boilers 1 ii) Decommissioning , installing and commissioning of boilers 2 . Installation of the second boiler shall only commence after successful completion of the commission and operation of the first boiler. After commissioning the second boiler, a successful full system testing, commissioning and presenting for witnessing by the client along with full O&Ms shall constitute handover.
