The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation seeks the provision of a data backup and recovery managed service. The contract will include: • The design of an enterprise class data backup and recovery solution • The supply of all software (excluding operating systems) • The supply of all hardware (backup servers, storage, tape libraries etc.) • The installation of all software and hardware • Ongoing support, maintenance and monitoring of the solution.
