Tender description
We are implementing a rolling programme of coaching development and learning for staff at a variety of levels but primarily people managers, business partners and consultants to create a 'building blocks' approach to developing coaching and mentoring skills. The learning will address skills and knowledge development from introductory level to a level which is recognised as appropriate to becoming a member of the council's internal coaching service: offering one to one coaching to staff
