Tender description

This PIN is to inform economic operators that BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a tender to establish a new contract for the supply of Microfiber Cleaning Systems on behalf of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. The exact details of the contractual arrangement are yet to be decided however for guidance it is envisaged that the scope of the procurement will include Microfiber Cleaning Systems to be used when completing various cleaning processes eg. dusting, mopping and high level dusting within a Health Environment including general wards/departments, high dependency / risk areas, sanitary areas, catering areas, offices and community facilities. Products may include small and large Modular Trolleys enclosed with lockable doors along with various accessories e.g. Laundry frame with lid, mop handles, mop frames, mop sleeves, high dusting tools and sleeves, mop storage box and lid, mop preparation box, cloths storage box and lids, laundry bags and laundry nets. Estimated contract start date is 1.3.2019 to 28.2.2022 with the option to extend for a further 24 months.
