Who Speclialist Work With The Race Disparity Unit is a multi-disciplinary team covering policy, data and digital work streams. As well as policy officials, statisticians, analysts, and social researchers, the digital team includes developers, user researcher, delivery manager, content designers, product manager and service manager - this will change to reflect priorities and needs over time. We all work together using the One Team Government principles and the government design principles. What Specialists Work On Lead the evolution of the Ethnicity facts and figures website - improve both the publishing tool and the website so that we continue to meet the needs of our users. Work in an agile, multi-disciplinary team, primarily with front-end designer, developers, content designers and a user researcher. Overall responsibility for the product roadmap and the digital team. Where the Work Takes Place 1 Horseguards Road, London SW1A 2HQ Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Our team is based in Horse Guards. Occasional remote working is accepted, but will primarily be co-located onsite with the existing team. We work Mon-Fri with usual office hours. Travel to user research sessions at various London locations is expected. We will cover standard Cabinet Office travel expenses for any user research sessions held outside London. Work Location 1 Horseguards Road, London SW1A 2HQ Security Clearance CTC is required to work at 1 Horse Guards. Minimum of baseline clearance (BPSS) is required for the work itself. If the successful specialist needs to be put through CTC clearance, we will do this.
