Works: Cut chase and wet pour overlay in black with colour wear pads

Tender description

The specification for each area will be to cut a minimum of 150mm from the edge of the surface area and overlay with a 20mm depth of recycled rubber EPDM granules 1-4mm wearing course and colour wear pads as described (allow for extra depth wet pour where cut chase has been carried out) • Costs to include all disbursements, material and labour • All arisings and spoils to be removed from site • Allowance to be made for site set up and welfare facilities • All Risk Assessments and method statements (RAMS) to be submitted before commencement of works • Contingency of 12% on cost of works
