Tender description
The Council has the pleasure of caring for nine parks for the benefit of Kent residents, visitors and of course nature itself. The Council works hard to make our parks enjoyable, protected and improved. We wish to understand who current customers are; both peak and off-peak, how customer spend varies across customer profiles. In relation to this we would also like to understand which customers visit more than 1 site, where they travel from and which sites they visit.
