The Authority’s requires the provision of foreign language guided tours at the Palace of Westminster on behalf of the Houses of parliament. This includes the booking, management, training, payment and quality control of all guides delivering foreign language tours. It excludes the provision for English guided tours which are managed separately by the Authority.
