Tender description

Leasing of Audio Guides, associated services, maintenance and support.. The Contract will be for a three year period with the right to extend by 1+1 years. A site visit is available to all firms who have been invited to Tenderby prior appointment before 11.7.2018. Leasing Audio Guides complete with headphones plus all ancillary equipment and software required that is essential to operating the devices and, where required, to modify any content of the audio tour. To include tours in 11 languages. i) 300 units all year round; ii)100 additional units for April / May / June; iii)100 further additional units for July / August. Software Development (where applicable) i) Translation Work; ii) Testing; iii) Commissioning; iv)Training; v) 1 Year Health Check; vi) 3 time a year usage analytics. SLA -Maintenance and Support. There will be the option for the Museum to extend the 3 year contact by a further 1 plus 1 years. A Site Visit can be made before 11.7.2018 by prior appointment,
