Tender description

The UK Ministry of Defence has a requirement to procure for the ‘Provision of deployed welfare package’ within British Forces South Atlantic Islands (BFSAI). BFSAI (“the Authority”) is the organisation responsible for ensuring this future requirement is provided. The requirement for the ‘Provision of deployed welfare package’ provides entitled personnel within BFSAI to either a 30 minute telephone Welfare cards and/or 100 minute Wi-Fi Welfare card. The number of Welfare cards provided to entitled personnel is dependent on their tour length. The requirement shall be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend through invoking 2 x 12 months contract options. Including contract options, the requirement has an estimated total value of 1 200 000,00 GBP (ex-VAT).
