Trivallis wish to appoint a contractor to undertake a project that involves electrical compliance and maintenance services to Trivallis sheltered housing schemes and commercial properties at various locations across Rhondda Cynon Taff. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required services. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these services. The scope of services will include maintenance of 8 separate areas: — Fire Alarm, — Fire Equipment, — Emergency Lighting, — Automated Doors, — Sprinklers, — Access Controls, — Dry Risers, — Warden Call.
