Tender description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking to procure and award a concession contract for the management of the Council’s leisure centres. This Contract will include operational management and elements of building and equipment maintenance. The principal sites in the Leisure portfolio are Hammersmith Fitness and Squash Centre, Lillie Road Fitness Centre, and the Phoenix Fitness Centre and Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool. The provision of sports development activities is also within the Contract. The value given above for the procurement shows anticipated total turnover for a period of 10 years.
