Tender description

To run a cycle leasing and promotion scheme. This service will be required to run in workplaces and communities or from an accessible base within or close to the target area. You will need to develop a programme to run from July 2016 to February 2017, identifying suitable organisations within the STTF target area. The program must link in with the current bike doctor and cycle training schemes currently being undertaken.
