Tender description

Framework for the supply of Recruitment Services provided both to Transport for London (TfL) and the Greater London Authority (GLA). Professional and Admin Services — support and back office type roles, excluding IT and Technology Services but including (for example) Finance, Human Resources, Commercial / Procurement, Strategy and General Management roles. IT and Technology services — all information technology roles, including IT project management roles, systems and tests analysts, solutions architects. Engineering Services — all roles requiring engineering qualifications and/or experience including project engineers, discipline engineers and assurance engineers. Recruitment services to manage campaigns for roles with typically over 10 vacancies and /or expected response of over 200 candidates. These roles are mainly operational and involve assessment centres. Sourcing and approaching of candidates for senior, executive or highly specialised positions in TfL. The identification and definition of talent pools as groups of people with whom TfL can engage for the purpose of future employment. Activity undertaken prior to an employee joining TfL, including reference checking, qualification checking and criminal records checking.
