Tender description

Halton Borough Council is pleased to offer experienced coaches the opportunity to deliver a programme of coaching and mentoring to 54 Service Users, which will run from 1st August 2018 to 31st March 2020 and is part of the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative funded Ways to Work Project, subject to extension funding being approved. The Service will be targeted at young people resident in Halton who are:- • not in education, employment or training (NEET) and • of academic age 16 to18, or 19 to 24 with Special Educational Needs or Disability with an Education, Health and Care Plan To access all documents and submit a bid please register and log onto the procurement web portal called THE CHEST.
