Churchmarketplace continues to develop a National Procurement Strategy with the aim of promoting better buying within Catholic Education Establishments (including Academies, Schools, Further Education and Higher Education institutions) and Dioceses in England and Wales. The main aim of this strategy will be to ensure that Schools, Academies and other Education Institutes obtain the best value for money from the services and products which they purchase, in the case of this procurement, Legal Services. Legal Services for CEEs (Lot 1). The Services and Products covered by this Procurement are for the provision of Legal Services including, but not limited to: Contracts of Employment, Equality Law, Governance and Compliance, Litigation and Dispute, Academy setup and operations, Admissions, Property / Estates management, Immigration compliance, Supplier / Procurement Contracts, Behaviour management and exclusions, Intellectual Property (IP), Fraud & Financial Disputes, Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and Funding. Legal Services for Dioceses (Lot 2).
