Tender description

London Luton Airport Operations Limited LLAOL seek proposals from experienced Hotel Developers and or Operators for redevelopment of a site within the London Luton Airport Terminal complex. 1) LLAOL and LLAL will grant either: — Option 1: a 25-year Full Repairing and Insuring lease, or — Option 2: a 50-year Full Repairing and Insuring lease over the subject land to the successful bidder, who in return will redevelop the site as a Hotel. LLAOL hold a leasehold interest in the Airport Estate which will revert to the Freeholder in 2031. The Freeholder, LLAL, have agreed to grant a reversionary lease to ensure continuity of the 25-year or 50-Year agreement. Note: The chosen option will be LLAL decision and that decision will be final. The winning bidder will be the best Most Economic and advantageous offer for the chosen option.
