Tender description

Framework for the installation of domestic gas heating systems to social housing providers predominantly in the south west of England. This is split into 2 Lots: Lot 1 is Advantage SW multi-supplier framework; Lot 2 is direct award for East Devon District Council contract EDDC expect to install around 400 systems p.a. Whilst we have predicted a spend ceiling interested parties must note that our Members will have current arrangements in place for this service, some undertake the work in-house and some may choose not to access this framework. This makes it difficult for us to accurately predict actual spend for this framework. Advantage SW Members are Coastline Housing, Cornwall Housing, East Devon District Council, Exeter CIty Council, Homes in Sedgemoor, Liverty, Magna Housing, North Devon Homes, Ocean Housing, Plymouth Community Homes, Taunton Deane Borough Council, Teign Housing, Westward Housing, Yarlington Housing. Advantage SW is seeking to select, by a competitive tendering process, companies who will be awarded a 4 year Framework (1.10.2018 — 30.9.2022) from which Members will award Contracts for the installation of gas heating systems and associated products and associated services to each Member. Advantage SW is working with EDDC to award, by a competitive tendering process, a 4 year Framework (1.10.2018 — 30.9.2022). From this EDDC will direct award contracts to the highest placed company (subject to satisfactory performance) for the installation of gas heating systems and associated products and associated services. EDDC expects there to be c.400 boiler replacements / heating system renewals p.a. EDDC expects to place a 1 year contract with options to extend.
