Tender description

This contract will require the successful supplier to provide supported housing accommodation for young people (aged 18-25) with the capacity to provide 40 units of accommodation, including 3 crash pad units for care leavers (aged 16+). The estimated contract value is 173 882 GBP per annum for the provision of 40 units of supported housing accommodation for young people (aged 18-25), including 3 crash pad units for care leavers (aged 16+). Service objectives include: — short term, supported accommodation based services, — move-on and resettlement support, — empowerment to develop personal support networks, — health and wellbeing support, — education, employment and training support, — preventative mediation outreach support, — independent living and finance management skills.
