West Berkshire Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified providers to deliver Extra Care Services across three schemes, divided into 2 lots. Lot 1: Audrey Needham House and Redwood House. Lot 2: Alice Bye Court. The hours specified for each scheme are unique to the residents projected needs and assurance of a staffing presence 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
