Tender description

Provision of home care services to older people and younger adults with disabilities within Northamptonshire, helping people to build and maintain their independence, and to remain living in their own home. The service is awarded in fifteen (15) home care services contracts over a 4- year-contract term with an option to extend for 1 additional year (one for each of the geographic Operational Zones in Northamptonshire). The contracts will be awarded to Lead Providers, who will achieve 70-80 % of the available volume of home care in each Operational Zone. Successful Lead Providers will form a cohort of strategic Providers with the Council to ensure that good quality, easy to access, and speedily available provision will be put in place.
