Tender description

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites Tenders for a Supported Lodging Management Service for young people aged 16 to 25 years, for a period of 6 to 24 months and whom have an ongoing Care and Support Plan / Pathway Plan and maybe homeless or threatened with homelessness. The Scheme plays a key role for young people experiencing difficulties, leaving care and/or at risk of homelessness, by offering preventative approaches to those in crisis and helping to facilitate stability and longer term independence. The commissioned Supported Lodgings Management Service will: — deliver support to those Hosts participating in the Council’s Supported Lodging Scheme so that they may continue delivering support to young people, including young parent(s) and baby, — contribute to the reduction and prevention of homelessness, — ensure that at all times Hosts are able to support young people with a range of needs including young people with complex and challenging needs and parent and baby placements.
