Tender description

Homelife Carlisle is a Home Improvement Agency (H.I.A.) provided by Carlisle City Council. We offer discretionary housing grants to Carlisle City Council residents, particularly home owners and some private tenants. Measures that improve the energy efficiency of a home are eligible for a grant and we require contractors to install the measures to households who may not qualify under the Energy Companies Obligation schemes (ECO) but do qualify under our own Discretionary Housing Grant scheme.
