Tender description

Network Rail requires an experienced and resourced event management supplier to provide the following activities both nationally and regionally: — provide end to end event management services, — provide hire of AV equipment, — the supplier shall be able to work in a devolved environment with requests for services both centrally and nationally across all functions and routes, — project management expertise, — provision of account management, — production of any event collateral as required, — practical re-use of materials supplied, — provision of regular status updates including post event analysis for all work undertaken, where required, — the supplier shall make available clear points of contact for the management of the contract to ensure consistency of the delivery of the brief.
