Early notice for the provision of reward vouchers as an incentive for individuals taking part in research for HMRCs digital services.

Tender description

HMRC are seeking assistance from an external supplier to provide reward vouchers to users that have taken part in research of our Digital Services. The supplier will be expected to source and Issue vouchers in a secure manner to HMRC, enabling HMRC to then issue these vouchers to the recipients. The amount of the vouchers will be of varying amounts for each of the particular needs of the research the users participate in. These vouchers would be in the form of paper and hopefully eventually look to move to eVouchers depending on the security process around these vouchers. We look to order an estimate of 50-60 vouchers on a monthly basis depending on demand. If an email response from HMRC is not received within one working day of your request, please re-contact sapariba.hmrcsupport@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk (after first checking your spam in-box) notifying non-receipt and confirming when your registration request was first made. Once you have obtained 'your organization's account ID' number, please email e.procurement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk with your account ID number. Once you have complied with the foregoing you will receive an e-mail confirming access to the procurement event.
