NHS England on behalf of NHS Digital is seeking applications for the following three grant awards: Digital Social Care Demonstrators of Health Information into Adult Social Care As part of the Five Year Forward view the NHS is committed to taking decisive steps to break down the barriers in how care is provided, including the sharing of information from health into adult social care settings. NHS England is inviting applications from Local Authorities and Voluntary Sector Adult Social Care Providers (Care Homes and Domiciliary Care) in partnership with NHS organisations to support the adoption of digital products and services that will demonstrate effective use of health information within adult social care. The grant award can cover the revenue costs of development, implementation of technology and the business change required to use it. Machine Learning / Predictive Analytic Data Use for Adult Social Care Early Intervention and Prevention Local Funding The NHS is looking to engage local authorities, social care providers, research organisations and incumbent suppliers of business intelligence (BI) and big data tools. We want to understand the diversity of analytical tools available and potentially identify opportunities for co-developing a proof of concept for predictive analytics and/or machine learning that will provide evidenced benefits to the adult social care sector
