Design, Supply and Installation of Play Areas at Belhus Woods and Cudmore Grove Country Parks

Essex County Council has two play area requirements in their Country Parks. These are split into two lots and bidders may bid for either one or both lots. Lot 1: Music / Rhythm / Performance Play Zone at Belhus Woods Country Park Lot 2: Play Area Provision at Cudmore Grove Country Park The scope of both requirements includes the: • Design of a play area with a relevant theme • Supply of the materials/equipment to fulfil the design proposals • Construction and installation of the materials/equipment to implement/execute the design • Arrangement of an independent assessment by a certified engineer • Completion of appropriate land surveys prior to any excavations • Provision of necessary signage for users to maximise the enjoyment of the play offer • Provision of appropriate safety surfacing
