Coopers Meadow Play Area

Tender description

Marlborough Town Council is inviting quotes for the design, supply and installation of new play equipment, surfacing (with drainage solutions) and associated works at Coopers Meadow Play Area, Marlborough, SN8 4BX. The project will be based on two options: £43,000.00 (ex VAT) and subject to additional funding towards the project, a second option of £50,000.00 (ex VAT). The project is fully funded and the Council will be working with an external consultant as the primary point of contact for all communications and meetings. Site visits are likely to take place on or around 20th June 2018 with our consultant so please arrange this with Michael Carter at Sports and Play Consulting (details within tender). The tender documents should be provided by 4pm on Wednesday, 11th July 2018 in a sealed envelope marked Private and Confidential - Tender Response - to be opened only by the Town Clerk.
