Contract for the Provision of Project Management Services Relating to the Restoration and Enhancement of Brinton Park

Tender description

Wyre Forest District Council (WFDC) wishes to appoint a Project Manager with experience of the scope of works that Heritage Lottery Fund public park projects encompass to assist the Council in the preparation of a HLF Round 2 Bid securing the restoration and enhancement of Brinton Park in Kidderminster. The Project Manager will work in partnership with WFDC to procure a professional team of specialist consultants, and will then manage the project through the Development phase to fully develop restoration and renewal proposals for Brinton Park. Subject to a successful Round 2 grant application, the successful Project Manager will also lead the project through the Delivery Phase to project completion and evaluation. It is the Council's intention to submit a Round 2 Application for this project to HLF by end of February 2020 and if successful in securing HLF grant funding, to then implement a comprehensive scheme of works.
