Design and build the following for a greenfield power plant site: — Foundations and finished surfaces for the installation of major power plant equipment and small buildings. — Site levelling. — Roads and footpaths. — Surface water drainage, with consideration of likely planning conditions on attenuation/detention of rainfall. — Cable ducts and trenches. Procure and design/construct. — Gas oil and demineralised water storage tanks as per requirements of employer. — Fuel and water distribution system from tanks to power plant components.
