Tender description

The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a single Economic Operator to provide De-leading and Deep Cleaning Services within the indoor firing ranges on their Estate. De-leading and Recycling: This involves the de-leading of the bullet traps on the various reclining and vertical ranges, removal and bagging of spent rounds, bullets and any necessary repairs to the bullet traps. Deep Cleaning: The Regular Service consists of 6 monthly major deep cleaning of the ranges, ancillary areas and all ventilation ductwork. The Regular Service also includes the removal of sludge from a Water Filtration Plant sump three times per annum. The Contractor must make provision for receiving calls regarding the provision of a 24-7-365 reactive call-out service to cater for ad hoc requests for additional maintenance outside the Regular Service programme.
