Tender description

A BBC led project continuing the Town Centre Regeneration works incorporating a new Cinema (approx. 35 000 sq. ft.), 6 new Restaurants Units (circa 20 000 sq. ft.) and associated Servicing and Public Amenity Spaces in the heart of Basildon. BBC are looking for a contractor with experience in building cinemas to deliver the project on time and within budget. The existing buildings and surrounding area will be demolished to make room for the cinema and additional building and facilities. The area surrounding the site will remain open to the public throughout the build.
