Tender description

London Borough of Waltham Forest will be holding an Early Market Engagement exercise in July 2018. We are looking to retender the traffic and parking enforcement and related services contract, which expires on 31.12.2019. The new contract will commence on 1.1.2020 and we are looking for a single provider to deliver all aspects of the service including Parking Enforcement, on and off-street Parking Management and back office functions. The purpose of this exercise is to gauge the level of interest, latest advancement in technology, innovations, and changes in regulations and requirements. Individual meetings will be scheduled in weeks commencing 16.7.2018 and 23.7.2018 and dates will be confirmed with potential bidders who have expressed an interest via the Pro Contract portal message centre.
