Proposals are invited for the supply of development sites or completed houses that are fit for purpose for Social Housing in all towns and villages in County Monaghan where a housing need exists. The areas of greatest housing need are as follows: — Monaghan Town, — Carrickmacross, — Castleblayney, — Clones, — Ballybay, Emyvale, Newbliss, Glaslough, Ballinode, — all other towns / villages in County Monaghan where there is a Housing Need.
