Tender description

Tewkesbury Borough Council are refurbishing the ground floor of its Public Service Centre which includes updating the civic suite of 5 meeting rooms and main council chamber and building a new growth hub for local business networking, office provision, meeting room and training facilities. The council is tendering for the supply of audio visual equipment on the ground floor of the Public Service Centre with require specific outcomes and usages within the various offices and space. The successful tenderer is required to specify, supply and install the appropriate equipment for the various spaces within the Public Service Centre. The specified equipment will need to be suitable for a commercial environment with long term availability of parts. The contract will start on 18 June 2018 with the equipment being installed in two phases first phase to be completed by 6 July 2018 and the second phase to be completed by 28 August 2018.
