Architectural design services

Tender description

The BBC requires suppliers to be able to deliver their project services across the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 stages 0 and 6. In addition some services will relate to buildings that are in use RIBA Stage 7. Projects will use industry standard contracts such NEC or JCT and a point of cost/risk transfer to the contacting organisation. Please note: The figure referred to in section IV.1.3 (i.e. 20) equates to a maximum of 5 suppliers per lot within this framework. To include whole project management including Design Team management, NEC3 contract administration (consultant and contractor), client reporting, property reconfigurations and structural enhancements business case writing, project team selection, tender process management. Working within a live broadcast environment. Including external architecture, planning approvals, interior design, space planning, client consultation, space analysis. Including mechanical, electrical, structural and civil, public health, fire and security. Including quantity surveying, estimating, cost control, CDM principle designer services.
