Tender description

The Contractor shall sequence and programme his works in order to accommodate the requirements of the building user. The Contractor shall maintain mechanical services to all areas outside of the location of his activities during periods of occupation by residents and visitors. The work covered by this specification shall require the Contractor to survey, detail, schedule and co-ordinate the installation of the following works: (i) Isolate, disconnect and remove the existing heating and domestic hot water service installation. (ii) Supply and install new LPHW heating system serving all areas of the community centre (iii) Supply and install new domestic hot water service system for connection to existing outlet (iv) All builders work and making good associated with the works No claim from want of knowledge shall be entertained due to the Contractor not visiting site prior to submitting their price and fully acquainting themselves with the scope and nature of the works.
