Nottingham City Homes is an Arms’ Length Management Organisation (ALMO) created in 2005 by Nottingham City Council to manage its housing stock of 28 000 rented homes and over 1 000 leasehold properties. This includes approximately 18,000 houses and bungalows, 2 000 high rise flats and almost 8 000 low rise flats (including independent living accommodation for older people). Nottingham City Homes is a not-for-profit company run by a Board of non-executive directors. The Board is made up of 12 members including 5 tenants and leaseholders, 3 councillors nominated by Nottingham City Council and 4 independent members. Invitation: Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the supply and fit of Steel Tube Handrails. The contract period will be for 2 years with the option to extend up to a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance reviews. We anticipate the potential total value during the Contract Period to be between 120 000 GBP and 250 000 GBP.
