The Regenda Group Demolition Works Fleetwood

Tender description

The Regenda Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake demolition and associated works at approximately 100 properties in Fleetwood owned by the Regenda Group ensuring compliance with all relevant industry and safety standards. Regenda will utilise a JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractors Design 2016. It is intended that the contract will run for a maximum duration of twenty four months. The estimated contract value for the properties currently identified for demolition is 1 million GBP (exc VAT), the maximum contract value to be let via the contract term is 1.25 million GBP (exc VAT) which includes scope for additional properties to be added to the programme during the contract term. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by The Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
