Supplier Day for Dynamic Purchasing Systems for External Quality Assurance (EQA)

Tender description

As a part of a planned sourcing activity for the External Quality Assurance (EQA) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), Public Health England (PHE) is organising a Supplier Day on the 9th July 2018 at the PHE site in Colindale, London, NW9 5EQ. PHE is seeking to procure external quality assurance services (EQAs) for its microbiology laboratories, including, but not limited to, reference samples and materials and calibration testing. The aim of the EQAs is to determine the testing performance of the laboratories against pre-established criteria by means of inter-laboratory comparison ('the organisation, performance and evaluation of calibration/tests on the same or similar items by two or more laboratories or inspection bodies in accordance with predetermined conditions').
