Summerdale Close External Decoration Project

Tender description

Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the external decoration of Summerdale Close, a Sheltered housing complex located in Church Village, Pontypridd in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. The requirement for this package of work consists of external decoration of Summerdale Close. These works are to be completed as a result of the current decoration reaching the end of its lifecycle. The specification for the project has been completed by Crown Paints at the request of Trivallis; all products to be used are named within the specification. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required works. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these works
