Tender description

The States is seeking a supplier who will act as a partner for delivery of its Finance Transformation Programme. A small team has been formed to undertake the first phase of the programme. Change of this scale also requires proper planning and support, including more detailed costing work and benefits articulation, and resource is in place to support these activities. However, there is insufficient strength and depth within the organisation to support the wider, ambitious agenda to deliver the magnitude of change required at pace, whilst maintaining safe business-as-usual. This Tender is therefore seeking a suitable partner to support the SOJ through this substantial change.
