Suffolk County Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to receive, process and market recyclable materials collected from the kerbside by Suffolk’s 7 Waste collection authorities. This can be achieved either through the direct provision of a Materials recovery facility (or similar processing facility) or through a brokered arrangement. The Contract value is calculated to take account of the potential waste from any other Public contracting authorities in the East of England who may wish to utilise the Contract. This opportunity is available on www.suffolksourcing.uk in the ‘Current Tenders’ area of the portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the SQ and tender is noon on 18.7.2018. Please note that late returns will not be permitted. The deadline for clarification questions is 4.7.18 which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website.
