Re-Opening RBC Learning Disability Approved Provider List

Tender description

Rochdale Borough Council is requesting current approved providers to re-apply to remain on the Council's Learning Disability Approved Provider List. The Council is also inviting new providers to apply to join the List. The Council also welcomes applications from homecare providers to join the List. The Approved List will remain valid until the 31st March 201. Please refer to the attached documentation which are issued in accordance with the Council's conditions of contract and requirements of any documents, schedules and specifications attached. Providers are advised to read and understand all the documents prior to completing their applications. Questions and/or requests for further information or clarification are required to be uploaded onto The Chest portal. DEADLINE: You are required to upload your completed application onto The Chest portal by 12noon on the 1st October 2015.
