Provision of social welfare advice and legal services: Debt, Welfare benefits and housing advice

Tender description

The Contract relates to provision of Advice on Welfare, Debt and Housing issues to residents of the borough. These people are often some of the borough's most vulnerable residents. Service provision will be through telephone, digital, face -to-face in 10 venues across the borough. The supplier will also represent and accompany clients in court. The supplier must use a combination of paid staff and unpaid volunteers to meet the service specification The service specification dictates how the service is to be delivered and the funding available to do so.
