Provision of BioNumerics software upgrade to v7.6.

Tender description

Public Health England (PHE) are looking to upgrade an existing BioNumerics software, which is business critical to PHE operation. The software is provided in a modular format, the upgrade must include: BioNumerics Fingerprint Data (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) BioNumerics Character Data (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) BioNumerics Sequence Data (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) BioNumerics Tree and Network Inference (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) BioNumerics Dimensioning and Matrix Mining (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) BioNumerics Classifiers and Identification (Upgrade from version 6.60 to 7.60) Upgrade to BioNumerics 7.6 for Sap Project Reference Object (SPRO) 758-474-270 (19- user network licence) and the 1-user internet licence (20 users in total). Functionality of the former 'Database Sharing Tool' should be included in general BioNumerics 7 functionality. Matrix type storage should also be included in the v7 'Character Data' module.
