Tender description
At present policies and important announcements in Cork County Council (CCC) are distributed using Email, SharePoint or manually using paper. As a result important new policies or changes to existing policies can get lost in the volume of other business emails. As a consequence, important information may be overlooked. In addition, the use of SharePoint/Email does not provide a method of measuring policy compliance and, they can facilitate out of date policies being in circulation. There is a requirement to deliver policies in a more effective way ensuring all employees are targeted with relevant, current policies in a timely manner. There is also an additional requirement to manage and track adherence to policies so that Cork County Council can demonstrate compliance and sound governance
